SIGPwny Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader — Terms of Service Effective date: October 27, 2026 1. Agreement and operator These terms govern the Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader operated by SIGPwny at https://zoom-upload.api.sigpwny.com and its related uploader information pages. Contact: hello@sigpwny.com. By accepting these terms and using the uploader, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy at https://api.sigpwny.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the uploader. These terms do not govern unrelated SIGPwny services. The service uses YouTube API Services. By using this service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms Google's privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Your use of Zoom, Google, Cloudflare, and any identity provider is also subject to the applicable agreements you have with those providers. 2. Eligibility and access You must be authorized by SIGPwny to use the service, have legal capacity to accept these terms, and comply with the configured access policies. The service is not intended for children under 13. Do not share access credentials, evade Cloudflare Access, impersonate another person, or authorize a channel that you do not have authority to manage. A channel manager who connects YouTube authorizes the service to act for the configured channel in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, including uploads initiated by SIGPwny's authorized editors. The manager must have permission to approve those editors as agents for this workflow. Google permissions and Cloudflare access are separate; editor access does not grant YouTube Studio editing or publication privileges. 3. Functionality and authorization You submit an accessible Zoom cloud recording share link and optional title and description. The service retrieves the selected recording and transfers it to the configured YouTube channel as a private video. Submitting an upload is your instruction and permission to perform that transfer and send the video and its metadata to YouTube. The service does not upload captions, automatically crop or edit videos, or automatically publish them publicly. A channel administrator must review, edit, and publish in YouTube Studio. Review the recording, title, audience designation, visibility, rights, and participants' consent before publication. A completed byte transfer does not guarantee that YouTube has finished processing or accepted the video. YouTube can reject, restrict, remove, or delay a video under its own rules. The service is not a backup or archive. Retain your own authorized source copy and save any needed resulting URL. Job records expire as described in the Privacy Policy. Duplicate prevention is temporary; retries or a new submission may require manual review to avoid duplicate videos. Saving or publishing a recording URL in the website CMS is a separate step. 4. Your content, permissions, and responsibilities You retain any rights you hold in your content. You grant SIGPwny a limited, nonexclusive permission to access, temporarily process, transmit, and store the content and metadata only as needed to carry out your instructions, operate and secure this service, and comply with applicable law. This does not transfer ownership of your content to SIGPwny. YouTube's terms govern its separate rights and obligations for uploaded content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the recording and authorize this processing, including rights in presentations, music, images, and other included works. You are responsible for obtaining required recording and disclosure consent, respecting participant privacy, and ensuring the recording is appropriate for the destination channel. Possessing a share URL does not by itself establish these permissions. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, exploitative, harassing, or malicious content; disclose secrets or sensitive information without authority; bypass recording access controls; misuse another account; interfere with the service; or use it to evade Google, YouTube, Zoom, or SIGPwny restrictions. Report an accidental disclosure, unauthorized upload, or security issue promptly to hello@sigpwny.com. Do not include passwords or tokens in your report. 5. Privacy, removal, and third-party services The Privacy Policy explains the data we access, the recipients, retention, and how to revoke authorization or request deletion. Contact hello@sigpwny.com for help locating or removing service data. Removing uploader data or revoking Google access does not remove the source recording from Zoom, the uploaded video from YouTube, or a link saved on the website. Channel managers and hosts must use the relevant provider's controls for those actions. SIGPwny does not control third-party availability, quotas, account eligibility, processing, moderation, publication rules, or changes to APIs and share links. We are not Google, YouTube, Zoom, or Cloudflare, and their names do not imply endorsement of this service. Links to external sites are provided for the workflow or information; their operators control those sites. 6. Availability and termination We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue this service, or restrict access for misuse, security, maintenance, provider requirements, or other operational reasons. We will give notice where reasonably practicable and required by law. You may stop using it and revoke Google authorization at any time. Termination does not itself remove videos already delivered to YouTube. The privacy and data deletion provisions continue to apply to retained service data. 7. Disclaimers and limits of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or successful transfer, preservation, processing, or publication of content. You remain responsible for reviewing output and maintaining any needed copies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIGPwny and its service maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits protections that applicable law gives you and does not allow you to waive. 8. Disputes, changes, and general provisions Contact hello@sigpwny.com first so we can try to resolve a service dispute. Subject to mandatory law and any rights you have in your place of residence, these terms are governed by Illinois law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights. We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required; changes to the use of Google data require appropriate renewed consent. If you do not accept changed terms, stop using the service and request removal of retained data if desired. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the referenced Privacy Policy describe the agreement for this service, without replacing your independent agreements with third-party providers.
